Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

PH7 provides:

  • Waterless car wash

  • Conventional car wash

  • Interior cleaning & detailing

  • Surface protection services

  • Society-based structured service programs

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • Services may require advance booking and payment.

  • Subscription plans must be paid within 7 days of activation.

  • PH7 reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

3. Vehicle Access & Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must:

    • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked

    • Provide access to parking premises

    • Remove valuables before service

  • If:

    • Vehicle is locked / inaccessible

    • Gate is not opened

    • Keys are not provided (for interior cleaning)
      → The service will be marked as completed (Client Not Available)

  • Starting or moving the vehicle is strictly the customer’s responsibility.

 

4. Utilities

  • Access to water and electricity, if required, must be provided by the customer.

 

5. Scheduling & Service Window

  • Services are delivered within a defined time window, not at a fixed exact time.

  • No daily coordination is required from the customer.

 

6. Missed Services & Holidays

  • If PH7 misses a service → it will be rescheduled or compensated.

  • If the customer is unavailable → no compensation.

  • Services remain off on Government/Public Holidays and are not carried forward.

 

7. Subscription Validity

  • Plans are valid for a fixed duration.

  • Unused washes will not be carried forward.

 

8. Service Limitations

  • Services may be affected due to weather conditions.

  • Waterless wash results may vary based on vehicle condition.

  • Certain stains may require additional paid treatments.

 

9. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

PH7 shall not be liable for:

  • Existing scratches, dents, or paint defects

  • Mechanical/electrical failures

  • Issues from prior modifications

 

10. Safety & Personal Belongings

  • Customers must remove valuables.

  • PH7 is not responsible for any loss of personal items.

 

11. Society Operations & Tags

  • Services will follow society guidelines.

  • PH7 vehicle tags remain company property.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

  • PH7’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • PH7 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

13. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of India.

  • Jurisdiction: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
